Keputusan PENGAJUAN KEPAILITAN TELEXFREE di Nevada, Negara Bagian Amerika Serikat, dibacakan oleh William F. Galvin pada Selasa 15 April 2014, berbunyi:
"The complaint specifies that TelexFREE Inc. has offered fraudulent and
unregistered securities in Massachusetts by running a multi-level
marketing scheme, Galvin’s office alleged in its complaint, a copy of
